By downloading, installing, or using SuperFusionGrid ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License to Use

SuperFusionGrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

SuperFusionGrid and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Attempt to hack, modify, or create derivative works of the app

Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
Use automated systems or bots to manipulate scores or achievements

Game Center

Use of Game Center features (leaderboards, achievements) is governed by Apple's Game Center Terms of Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Game Center account
Cheating, score manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in removal from leaderboards

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

In-App Purchases (Future)

If in-app purchases are added in the future:

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your Apple ID

Advertisements (Future)

If advertisements are added in the future:

Ads will be clearly disclosed and optional where possible
Third-party advertisers may collect data subject to their own privacy policies
We will update our Privacy Policy accordingly

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, scores, or progress
Damage to your device
Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Game Center)

Updates and Modifications

We may update the app at any time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
Updates may be required to continue using certain features
We reserve the right to discontinue features or the app entirely

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device
We reserve the right to restrict access to Game Center features if terms are violated
