This Privacy Policy describes how SuperFusionGrid ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Information We Collect

SuperFusionGrid is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

Game Data Stored Locally

Game Progress: Your current game state, score, and statistics
Settings: Your preferences for music, sound effects, haptics, and quiet mode
Custom Palettes: Color palette customizations you create
High Scores: Your personal best scores and achievements

All of this data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and is never transmitted to our servers.

Game Center Data

Leaderboards: Your scores submitted to Apple's Game Center (handled entirely by Apple)
Achievements: Progress toward game achievements (handled entirely by Apple)

Game Center data is managed by Apple according to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Game Center profile information.

In-App Purchases

Purchase Transactions: We offer optional in-app purchases including "Remove Ads" and tips to support development
Payment Processing: All purchase transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store
Transaction Records: We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information or transaction history
Purchase Status: We only track whether you've purchased "Remove Ads" to disable advertisements in the app

Your purchase history and payment information are managed by Apple according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Advertising

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in SuperFusionGrid (unless you've purchased "Remove Ads")
Ad Personalization: AdMob may collect and process data including device advertising ID, IP address, device information, and app usage data
Third-Party Tracking: AdMob uses cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ad performance

Information We Do NOT Collect

SuperFusionGrid does NOT directly collect, transmit, or store:

Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Location data
Analytics or usage data (beyond what AdMob collects for ad serving)
Camera or photo library access
Contacts or calendar information

Note: While we don't collect this data, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage information as described in the Third-Party Advertising section above.

How We Use Your Information

The locally stored data is used solely to:

Save your game progress between sessions
Remember your settings and preferences
Display your statistics and achievements
Provide undo functionality during gameplay

Data Sharing

We do not directly share, sell, or transmit any of your game data to third parties. Your game data stays on your device.

However, the following third parties may collect data as part of their services:

Apple: Game Center data and in-app purchase information (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
Google AdMob: Advertising and analytics data as described in the Third-Party Advertising section (governed by Google's Privacy Policy)

Data Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS security features. We do not operate servers or cloud storage for this app.

Children's Privacy

SuperFusionGrid does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The app is designed to be safe for users of all ages.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

Delete Game Data: Use the app's reset function to clear your game progress
Delete All Data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data
Game Center Data: Manage through your iOS Game Center settings

SuperFusionGrid uses the following third-party services:
