Terms of Service for SuperPaddleHoops

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SuperPaddleHoops ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License to Use

SuperPaddleHoops grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

SuperPaddleHoops and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.
All game assets, sound effects, graphics, and code are proprietary.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Attempt to hack, modify, or create derivative works of the app
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
Use automated systems or bots to manipulate scores or achievements
Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms

Game Center

Use of Game Center features (leaderboards, achievements) is governed by Apple's Game Center Terms of Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Game Center account
Cheating, score manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in removal from leaderboards
We reserve the right to remove suspicious scores from our leaderboards

In-App Purchases

SuperPaddleHoops offers in-app purchases including "Remove Ads" and optional tips
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your Apple ID
Purchases are linked to your Apple ID and can be restored using "Restore Purchases"
Consumable purchases (tips) cannot be restored on other devices

The free version of SuperPaddleHoops displays advertisements served by Google AdMob
Ads can be permanently removed with the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase
Third-party advertisers may collect data subject to their own privacy policies
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperPaddleHoops is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of any content or scores
Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of SuperPaddleHoops shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, scores, or progress
Damage to your device
Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Game Center, AdMob)
In-app purchase issues handled by Apple
Loss of purchases due to device loss or account changes

Updates and Modifications

We may update the app at any time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
Updates may be required to continue using certain features
We reserve the right to discontinue features or the app entirely
Game mechanics, difficulty, and features may change in updates

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device
We reserve the right to restrict access to Game Center features if terms are violated
These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data; we cannot recover lost data

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy
To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly
We do not have the ability to process refunds directly

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date indicates when terms were last revised. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or notifications.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Your use of SuperPaddleHoops is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and App Store Terms and Conditions.
