All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain all rights to the content you create in ShelfWise (notes, ratings, custom cover photos, etc.). We do not claim any ownership of your content.
You agree to use ShelfWise only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
ShelfWise integrates with third-party services (Google Books API, OpenLibrary API) to retrieve book information. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies.
ShelfWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.
While we strive to ensure data integrity, you are responsible for backing up your library data. We recommend using the export feature regularly to create backups.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any features at any time with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may stop using ShelfWise at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Pro features if you violate these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
